2. Molecular Diagnostics: PCR & FISH

In your technical sections, explain the mechanism of Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) or Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) in detecting specific microdeletions. High marks are awarded for discussing the clinical limitations of these tests.
